秀英港屹立風雨50余年，默默的矗立在?？诘谋倍?，見證著?？谶@個年輕城市的成長，也訴說著那段先輩們努力建設國家的那段歷史。
Xiuying port has stood for more than 50 years, silently standing at the north end of Haikou, witnessing the growth of Haikou, a young city, and telling the history of the ancestors' efforts to build the country.
那是一段需要回顧的歷史一段值得尊重的歷史。
That is a history that needs to be reviewed, a history worthy of respect.
沿襲1963年秀英碼頭原本的建筑元素，從建筑、屋頂、表皮、門窗造型、以及原始圖紙中的外廊，進行修復與改造，拆除后期加裝的建筑，使用原建工藝還原秀英港碼頭最原始的外部風貌。內部結合實用性與文物性打造“1963年陳列館”。
Following the original architectural elements of Xiuying Wharf in 1963, the building, roof, facade, doors, window shapes, and the veranda of the original drawings are going to be repaired and transformed. The buildings installed in the later stage are going to restore the original external
appearance of Xiuying Port Wharf using its original construction technology. The "1963 exhibition hall" is built internally by combining
practicality and cultural relics.
